I have a feeling these patches will appear in 0.22 rather than 0.21- 
fixes. I had similar problems with 0.20 and MHEG etc.

The UK also needs some of the same patches, especially for ITV HD.

Plus some of the US cable providers are switching to H.264 soon which  
will cause some issues for US cable boxes and firewire.
