[mythtvnz] Does size matter?

Since the power upgrade, you can successfully use a 40 cm dish as long 
as it's got a reasonable gain.  Even D1 D2 dual LNB works well - make D1 
prime target, with D2 the secondary target, The Pacific Aerials 40 works 
well - we have well over 100 in the field now with nil negative feedback 
with rain fade or teletext issues.
