[mythtvnz] Need recommendation for USB audio device

USB audio is nice in that there is only one driver.  Basically any USB
Audio card should work fine.  I got one for $7 of trademe and no issues at
all.  It had a 3.5mm phono output socket.

Finding one with optical/coax output is going to be a real challenge /
expensive item though.
