HD TV Channels will be broadcast via DVB-T not over DVB-S (Satellite) so 
your Satellite Card you have will not be able to pick up the new Channels. 
This is why I got a HVR-4000 whioch can do DVB-S, DVB-T and Analog TV. So 
you have to get a DVB-T card or STB to be able to view these channels (which 
connects to your existing TV Antenna)
