[mythtvnz] PVR 150 irblaster and sky

I'm not using an irblaster but rather a home brew IR diode off the back 
of a serial port (I think lirc calls it the Igor variation).

Here is my lircd.conf though and it works great with my sky box.

Maybe it can be of some use.
