Multiple audio streams in different PIDs is standard for MPEG-2 content
(DVB, DVD, etc), so they will offer up two or more audio streams on the
digital channel. Same way DVDs offer multiple languages.

Also used to offer, say, MPEG-1 Layer II stereo audio, and AC3 5.1
audio, for the same channel.=20
