[mythtvnz] epgsnoop snapshot

Hi all,

I've put up a development snapshot of the new version of epgsnoop, it can be 
found here;

http://nice.net.nz/scripts/epgsnoop-snapshot-5.tar.gz

It's no longer a single script so it needs to be installed - `python setup.py 
install`.

If anyone is interested in trying it out and giving me feedback that would be 
cool.

Do keep in mind that things may change before I do an actual release. As an 
example I've got plans to change the way post-processors are selected and 
probably allow for multiple outputters in one run.
