[mythtvnz] Kernel 2.6.22 + IVTV problems

well - there weren't any.

I upgraded to kernel 2.6.22, which is the first to have ivtv included...
and it all went perfectly.

The hardest thing was pulling all the relevant lines out of dmesg, now
that the kernel has parallel initialisation of modules, all the kernel
output is somewhat mixed together.
