[mythtvnz] channel icons etc.

I added "1035.dvb.guide" to the "Use on air guide XMLID" for TV1 etc Then
did a  "mythfilldatabase --file 1 7 tv.xml --do_channel_updates" and it
still spat out the errors
..
Unknown xmltv channel identifier: 1035.dvb.guide
Skipping channel.
.. etc

I also noticed TV1/TV2 from http://hairy.geek.nz/epg/service-ids.txt are a
little different to mine.

1035 (TV One)
1036 (TV 2)
1904 (TVNZ Wide)
1901 (Bloomberg)
