I've just got the old Sky LNB (11.3 GHz offset), so I initially tested with:
dvbtune -f 1156000 -s 22500 -p h -m
dvbtune -f 1183000 -s 22500 -p h -m
and dvbscan.

Then I just did a scan in mythtv-setup which worked fine.
