[mythtvnz] FW: Wide screen setup

I was hoping the theme would generate an image similar to broadcast wide
screen, ie black bars top and bottom.  This would allow my TV to auto
switch as it does today.=20

This is to be expected. The output is 720x576 4:3 so your TV is showing
it 4:3. If you want it wide you need to select a stretch profile on your
TV as MythTV has no way to signal that it is sending an anamorphic
output.
