[mythtvnz] two skysstar cards

I have two skystars and a pvr150 and I don't get this problem.
If you set the freeview channel 1 to use the same EPG source as the SKY 
channel 1 then it works fine, however if you use the respective feeds 
from each then you run into problems because the descriptions and often 
titles are different so it does not think they are the same program.
