Hi all

Steven Ellis asked
Aren't these analogue on TC Cable, or are you using a DVB-C card?

Yes, these are analogue as I am using Hauppauge PVR150 cards.

Nathan Cook asked
What type of card do you mean, PVR150?

See above

Do you plug this straight into the TC cable wall plug with an adapter, where
did you get the adapter from?
I plug the TC cable into a standard splitter I bought from Jaycar, and plug the output straight in to the 150's and the TC settop box. I had to get threaded to push fit cables to make the connections.

So yeah I might very well contact you about those frequencies!
The frequencies I found were a best fit to what the card told me were for the europe-east set of frequencies. That scheme gave the encoded channels and the following unencoded ones

hope the tabbing is ok in your mail client

Frequency Designation Frequency MHz Channel

E7 189.25 Prime
E9 203.25 C4
SE2 112.25 TV1
SR2 119.25 TV2
SE3 119.25 TV2
SE4 126.25 TV3
SE7 147.25 Weather
SE13 245.25 Sky Box Office
SE14 252.25 Saturn Multi channel dislpay
SE15 259.25 Saturn Chanel guide
31 551.25 Maori (b/w bad recption)

Maori channel for some reason doesnt fit the pattern and the best
recption was on 553.25 MHz.

I have also, since I did these tests plugged the saturn cable into the
antenna in plug on the saturn set top box and the decoded out is on
channel 38 (NZ channels) which I think will be around 607.25 Mhz. I anm
taking this from my video's tuning and have not checked it with say a
card that I can tune to the specific frequency.

I set the source to use the europe-east frequency scheme and used the
frequency designations in the setup of the channels.

I set up the free to air channels as 91, 92, 93, 94, 96 for TV1, TV2,
TV3, C4, and Prime respectively as I had already setup them up from the
settop box and so that the channel number would work with my IR blaster
to change the channel, before I found out that the freqid field is given
as the argument to the channel change script.

Hope this is helpful
