[mythtvnz] RedButton support for NZ MHEG profile

Been working with the developer of RedButton (http://redbutton.sf.net)
to iron out some of the niggles with their support for the NZ Profile.
Almost there now if anyone else wants to jump in and test it.

This has been very useful for a visual comparison against the MythTV
MHEG stack as there were a couple of graphical calls the MythTV stack
hadn't implemented originally.
