[mythtvnz] Channel changing with PVR150 in Mythtv

I've finally got my new PVR-150 card going in Ubuntu.  It was actually 
working sooner than I thought, althought it shows a second or two in 
Live TV mode in Myth then freezes.  Myth reports back saying it had 
trouble reading the card.  However recording in non live tv mode works OK.

I'm unsure of how mythtv deals with changing the channel on this card.
I have it set as a MPEG PVR board and input as TV.
Does it automatically do it from the existing channel table or do I have 
to use ivtv-tune in the external channel command box?
