We are going to run a try-out session on Friday evening so that people who
are new to Zoom can check that everything is working. This will be from
18:00 to 19:00 on Friday 8th May, and the Zoom details are:

https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87071068655

You should install Zoom before the try-out session if at all possible.
The laptop/desktop versions have a few more options, but tablets and
even phones will work. You don't have to create a Zoom account, but it
can be faster getting into meetings if you do. You may have to re-start
your web browser after installing Zoom.

If you cannot get through using the details above, then contact us as soon as
possible by mail or messenger:

Please indicate what device you are using (Android/iPad/Windows/Mac/Linux etc)
and include a phone number in case we need to call back. No promises, but
we will help if we can.

Here's a reminder to send in your waltz videos as soon as possible:

I really need to start editing the video tomorrow, so doing this today would be
ideal!

We will publish the finished video after the event, but we are not going to record
the session on Saturday.
