[HTS-members] Local heritage Asset listings

[HTS Secretary]

Bucks County has finally set up its register  of Local Heritage Assets.

 

In the very first batch to be put on the list is Hermitage House and its
Coach House in Taplow. This is due to the efforts of the Taplow
Neighbourhood Plan Working Party, most principally Martin Maud. Also now
listed is a milestone on the Bath Road.

 

It remains to be seen how much actual protection the listing affords but it
is an excellent step forward.
