[HTS-members] Rail strikes Wednesday

On Wednesday 27 July, we expect disruption on the following lines:

- Reduced service across the London Overground network

- Reduced service on the Elizabeth line

- Disruption expected on the District line's Wimbledon and Richmond branches

- No service on the Bakerloo line between Queen's Park and Harrow &

   Wealdstone
