[HTS-members] Joining the HTS AGM

[HTS Secretary]

We sent an earlier email carrying the notice and agenda for our AGM on 4th
December at 8pm.

This note gives you joining details and also a copy of the financial report
for the year. We had intended to circulate the chairman's report but will
hold this till the meeting as there are several thing that may change in the
next week or so  The minutes from last year are on the website at:
https://www.taplowsociety.org.uk/the-society/documents/

You are free to raise any points arising from the agenda as normal at the
AGM but in the interest of keeping things simple it would be helpful if you
mail them in advance so that we can have any extra information easily

You will receive an email acknowledgement and two days before the event
another mail as a reminder that carries the link to the meeting. Just click
on the link shortly before 8pm and you will be queued to join the meeting
when it opens.
