Just a brief reminder of things coming up in Taplow this month.

 

Saturday 13th June           10:00 – 15:0        Brass rubbing day at St
Nicolas Church

View, photograph or rub the historic brasses including Nicholas of Amerden
(1350)

In aid of the church roof fund. Tea and cakes. Local artist Pamela Taylor
will have drawings and prints on sale (50% of price to the fund).

Saturday 13th June           15:00 onwards  Magna Carta day

Go on from the brass rubbings to see the Magna Carta flotilla pass through
Taplow. The nominal schedule is:

Saturday 13th June           18:00 onwards   Village Green Party

Your very own Village Green Party. Ox roast, band and country dancing.
Raffle for the church roof fund. 

Tickets £5 on the day or £4 in advance from the secretary.
