Taplow Cricket Club has applied to Taplow Parish Council for some funding support from the Land Securities monies for the development of Boule Courts at the Club. The application is at an early, uncosted stage. The Parish Council has expressed a provisional interest but would need to know to what extent the new facilities would be used by people who are not presently members of the club, as any monies spent from this fund have to show a benefit for the parish in general and must be capable of being maintained out of club funds in the future.

The club indicates that access would be available through a social membership, presently £15 a year and that the funds received through the social membership should be sufficient to cover maintenance depending on take up. 

In an attempt to gauge likely take up the Parish Council would like to hear your views on this and in particular whether  you would consider using the proposed facility.
