[HTS-members] Mill Lane Public Meeting

The Minutes of the Public Meeting held last Thursday evening to hear a 
presentation by Officers of South Bucks District Council (SBDC) explaining 
the reasons underlying the Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the 
Mill Lane site, and to hear the Officers' answers to questions from the 
audience arising from that presentation, are attached.

The SPD has been adopted by SBDC. It cannot be changed and it is legally 
binding. It sets out the conditions which must be met for a planning 
application for a development on the Mill Lane site to be approved or 
refused after being considered by the SBDC Planning Committee.

If you would like to have a copy of the SPD please ask me to email a copy to 
you.

There will be an opportunity for discussion of the SPD and the Minutes at 
the Society AGM at 8 p.m. on Friday at the Taplow Village Centre.
