Thank you for the responses to the 7 questions the Society asked before
meeting with Land Securities to discuss its proposals for the Bishop Centre.

A planning application has now been submitted to South Bucks District
Council. A copy of the Analysis of the responses, and a copy of the Full
Text of the answers to each of the questions, has been sent to the Council
for its consideration when deciding to approve or refuse the application.

 

The attachments are the objection sent to the Council by the Society and the
personal objections sent by Tony Hickman, Karl Lawrence and Lesley Nesta,
who lives next to the Bishop Centre. More information is to be found on the

and in the recent Newsletter. All of the documents supporting the Land
Securities application are available to view on the South Bucks website
www.southbucks.gov.uk <http://www.southbucks.gov.uk/>   

 

The Council have said that any objections received before 9 November will be
brought into consideration. The Planning Application reference is
11/01625/FUL objections should be emailed to planning at southbucks.gov.uk
