on Sunday 17th of August from 7pm to 10:30pm.

..such that RMS too is now urging us to compress the Chch stop.

"That's what you get for helping people" (get organised further south) - 
even more constrained ability to make a success of a hasty plan.

- The final, Waikato date clipped the last 24 hours off the tour's 
'Southern leg', but appeared in the schedule only after we had accepted 
the delegated duty to organise the South Island four (now three) days. Bah!

Perhaps we'll muddle through. Meantime, battening down. Good luck with 
the meeting space search.
