Don't get me wrong here...  I'm not taking sides, I'm just asking 
questions....

If you think that he'd enjoy presenting in an historic building that 
might be a bit cold more than a warmer modern 'hotel room' then make the 
call.

Do you think we should put in a submission for free room at the AC?

It's my birthday today (17th) so I'm sure my wife will let me have 30 
mins to write a submission if that's what you think people would like.
