[GNUz] Daylight saving time issue

Dear list,

I keep having to adjust my clock on my desktop. It keeps jumping back to 
normal time. The clock on my bios is correct. Running Kubuntu 7,04. Any 
ideas?

Also, does anyone have a good home for a HP Vectra. PIII 450 128M SD, 
onboard everything, sin (oops) win modem, no agp slot, cd rom only. Can 
leave a tiny hdd in it. Will run Xubuntu fine or other lite distro.
