The content decision is usually made a week ahead of the meeting, 
according to what the present needs are most. But we'll probably take 
you up on this, if you have the Voyage box ready.

Reservation derived from the spec of bringing every box ready into the 
wireless loop, because this setup would exclude mine (the laptop) or 
require extra carting of gear. But we may have a better solution ready 
there too (watch this space)!
