Is it also time to consider format changes?

Codecraft ask "why did you set up a separate group" as their engagement is lower than usual as well (obviously because there's more than coders involved in the wider Security topic ...)

Signal might want to host us with resources; but do we need them?

I'm not sure that 'meetings in a pub' reward the effort a speaker puts in, but the social aspect seems to be important to other group.

What should we be?
