Unpredictability based on particle decay from cosmic rays ...

10,000 muons per square metre per minute, some will hit the Geiger counter
and generate a signal ... and the output is on a beautiful Nixie tube!

I liked the way he (deliberately) managed to get predictable output from
the machine while explaining its unpredictability ...

It isn't a product, it was a fun build project.
