Despite the extensive suggestions, I have had no success in getting the OneRNG to work except by repeating the (somewhat pot-luck) process I described on 27 Feb 2019. At this stage I plan on waiting to see what the next version of the Debian installer produces, and in the meantime, look for an alternative entropy source.
