OneRNG not working after reinstalling onerng_3.6-1_all.deb

Oh I'm sorry, totally my misunderstanding.
And I should have been much clearer. I am on Ubuntu 16.04LTS, but following everything in the thread I have been getting very similar error messages. 

>sudo /sbin/onerng.sh daemon ttyACM0 

will yield:

dd: error reading '/dev/ttyACM0': Resource temporarily unavailable
32+0 records in
32+0 records out
128 bytes copied, 0.020107 s, 6.4 kB/s
/sbin/onerng.sh: 80: kill: No such process
