OneRNG not working after reinstalling onerng_3.6-1_all.deb

I'd also very much appreciate some pointers to how I can locate, in the archive of earlier help, the information about how to use OneRNG without the software. As I remarked previously, my attempts to find it by scrolling through the topic lists and using the search facility, were to no avail; probably because I don't have enough information to know what I'm looking for.Cheers,Mark
