[onerng talk] OneRNG not being used by desktop running Fedora 28

I suspect you have a new version of rngd that we haven't seen before, they may 
have changed how it works out from under us (again ... we currently support 
two different versions)

Anyway the first thing to do to debug something like this is to insert your 
OneRNG and try this:

	sudo /sbin/onerng.sh daemon ttyACM0

replace 'ttyACM0' with whatever ttyACM shows up in dmesg after inserting the 
OneRNG, and mail me the resulting trace, we can start from there
