Attaching OneRNG to programmer

Without the onerng but my programmer attached, dmesg gives:

so it looks like the firmware flashed correctly.  I'll double check my circuits although I was pretty careful.  I may have overheated the voltage regulator IC reflowing it - I don't know.  I'll do some investigating and try to figure this out but thought I'd ask first in case I was doing something wrong.
