OneRNG and Python

I downloaded MixRNG.py from GitHub but I am having problems with one of the imports.
At first it wasn't recognizing serial. So I installed it via pip. The little angry red line disappeared but when I tried to run the program I received an ImportError: No module named 'serial' in the terminal. See screenshot.
