I believe "USB Type-A" was a typo copy-pasted from the OneRNG's External
description. The internal has an IDC5 connector intended to connect onto
the motherboard's USB pin header.
Alternatively you can use a IDC5 to USB-A -- I successfully connected my
internal adapter using one of these:
