Hmm, that could be useful for distributing randomness to other boxes,
but on the same box, one can use virtio_rng, at least for KVMs.

I think though, especially with VMs it is likely better to just stuff a
OneRNG in each physical box. Solves any kind of latency/over-use etc too.
