this sounds like an outage of the RNG - all the devices were tested before 
shipping to make sure it was working

We can either replace it now or you can wait a little while, we'll have units 
with the power/heating problem available to those who want to exchange in a 
couple of weeks when we get the extra stock and the new chips in the same 
country at the same time
