Following story outlines what I personally hope to achieve with OneRNG

A body of open IP so easy to use that we can just slot it into wider 
designs.  The secret to great randomness at the app level is to have 
about 6 available from common devices, all independent.  Which means we 
need to let 1000 flowers bloom...

OneRNG is the first seed!
