There's my code:

that does that a bit. It also decorrelates and checks against the FIPS
tests before emitting entropy.

After I've finished up studying for my Amateur Radio license, I plan
on re-designing the code to be a bit more modular, so you can turn on
and off the various decorrelation, encryption and testing bits.

I had originally planned to detect when something's transmitting
across the sampled range, and move the sampling frequency, but that's
not something that seemed to be needed. There's still enough entropy
in a crowded broadcast FM section to get useful results!
