[chbot] Borrow Video8 player for transcoding

Hi Michael,
I confess that I have a Sony 8mm handicam. The last time I used it was
20 years ago and it is now definitely duff, and I know from experience
that it would take a lot of fixing.

I would point you to Ascot TV, now called Pitch and Pixel who do
transcription, though they don't mention 8mm it might be worth asking.
