[chbot] Borrow Video8 player for transcoding

Hi Michael,

I have a Sharp Viewcam VL-E40X. Manual for a similar model here:

I don't have any tapes, but the unit does have the logo "8" in a square box.

It powers up from a mains adapter, and has the AV pack (page 38) with video
out and mono audio. The video system is PAL (yes, be my PAL).
