[chbot] Robin's window problem + cheap hydraulics

Forget the $500 pump.
One $3 cylinder connected via suitable lever to the window.
Another $3 cylinder located elsewhere connected to a lever which is
driven by a system of ropes and pulleys by a electric motor.
Connect the 2 $3 cylinders together with a hydraulic line, bleed it, and
Bob's your aunt's hubby.
