Option C: Buy a smartphone holder for your (push)bike. Put osmand on
your phone (please give them some money, they're doing a good job
putting out maintained FOSS). Install openstreetmap offline maps;
they're updated monthly. No data connection necessary.

Garmin... Garmin... Wasn't that something to do with navigation
