I'm confused. You mean the commercially hosted service uses MS-SQL, and
the official self-hosted service also uses MS-SQL? Uhhmm I think we can
move that to /dev/null for an open source solution. But bitwarden_rs is
a third-party FOSS backend implementation that you've used for some time
with good success?
