[chbot] What board and OS to use

As much as I want to go to Linux, it is just not an option.

I'm looking for 4 + pc and an option to add in the future. All same os and
programs.

Now has anyone had any experience with Win7 Lite or similar ? Win 10 if I
desperate. 

There is a program called NTLite that can trim down the os but it would be
better if some one had some experience with it as I'm in the dark here.
