[chbot] AliExpress package not in NZ over a month after it left "country of origin"

I shipped a 12kg package from Japan recently. Japan Post has stopped offering surface and surface/air to NZ so it had to come via EMS which is supposedly a 4 day service.

20 days after it left Japan it finally showed up in Auckland.
