It was great fun. It was interesting to see how various PC cases work
-- how easy it is to access any part on some, but on others, everything
got in the way of something else.
We had to make-do with the tools we had last night. Next time, I would
take the following:
cordless drill/driverlong driver bits, 150 mm or longer
Philips #2 or Pozidrive #2 -- Pozidrive bits work in Philips screws,
but not the other way around)Torx T15
any other driver bits and hand screwdrivers that you have -- you never
know what you will needside-cutters for cable tieslong-nose plierssmall
prybar for levering -- I used a 6 mm flat screwdrivercut-resistant
gloves (Ninja, Esko, etc). Leather will work but might be a bit
thickother PPE. There did not seem to be much danger from falling
objects, noise, dust, flying chips, sparks; use your common sense.
I am busy tonight, but would otherwise be happy to help.
Hope your move to the new premises goes well.
Thanks
