[chbot] Recommendations for competent local web designing talent

Hi Mark, I'd suggest talking to Avatar (avatar.co.nz). I had some dealings
with them a long time ago, they were quite keen on OSS back then, not sure
what the charges are like though. Also I do know people who've used Mint
Design who were very happy with their outcomes but I've not had any
dealings with them personally.
