[chbot] DVR board from Aliexpress

I guess the answer is, pass, I don't know yet.

I have only come across the factory firmware on-line so far. The 
'details' don't say what processor it has and I would have to prise off 
the heat sink to identify it.

A nmap only shows ports 80 and 554 (rtsp) open so there is no ssh or telnet.

The version information shows:

Video In: 8
Alarm In: 0
Alarm Output: 0
Audio In: 1
Build Date:2017/3/27 21:47:22
System: V4.02.R11.C6380156.12201.141900.00000
